MOLD DESIGN

With the brains of mold designers, NC processors, and finishers who are familiar with production efficiency, and
the state-of-the-art machining center with a speed of 50,000 rpm, we have started with mass-producible, high-quality, high-precision injection molding dies.

We design molds that maximize the functions of the molding machine and the materials and molding conditions. Our staff, who are familiar with the entire process, enable optimal mold design for multifunctional and highly accurate products. As a result, we have improved production efficiency and reduced quality defects.

CAM PROGRAMMING

In development and design, we analyze product requirements from the perspective of total engineering and derive the optimum solution.

TOHO builds its own product design technology that incorporates manufacturing know-how based on the accumulation of mechatronics and mechanical design technology.

In addition, in order to streamline information exchange, we have made it possible to freely design using various CAD / CAM software that assumes the customer's usage environment.

The greatest advantage of our unique system, which consistently performs all processes from product design to completed assembly, is the drastic reduction of design changes by introducing various CAD / CAM software and the shortening of lead time for each process that is going on at the same time.

MOLD FABRICATION

With the latest high-performance processing equipment and skilled technicians, we have achieved short delivery times and high-precision mold manufacturing. Introducing an ultra-high-speed machining center at 50,000 rpm, the production department with experienced NC programmers and finishers will provide the maximum satisfaction to our customers. We manage the production status and have a system in place to handle everything in-house.

DIE CAST MOLD

Die casting is a metal casting process that is characterized by forcing molten metal under high pressure into a mould cavity. The mould cavity is created using two hardened tool steel dies which have been machined into shape and work similarly to an injection mould during the process.

MOLD REPAIR

The injection mold condition directly affects the quality of a plastic component. Out-of-spec products caused by a variety of issues that include residual material left in the mold, rust, cracks, or other mold damage result in rejects. In a world that depends on quick turnaround times for parts, preventative maintenance takes a back seat. Neglecting maintenance leads to defects and production of inferior parts, or worse, early retirement of a mold.
