MOLD FABRICATION

With the latest high-performance processing equipment and skilled technicians, we have achieved short delivery times and high-precision mold manufacturing. Introducing an ultra-high-speed machining center at 50,000 rpm, the production department with experienced NC programmers and finishers will provide the maximum satisfaction to our customers. We manage the production status and have a system in place to handle everything in-house.

By introducing high-performance machines, we have accomplished high-precision mold manufacturing with a short delivery time, and 100% customer-satisfaction.

PLASTIC INJECTION

TOHO has achieved high cycle, ultra-thin and ultra-precision molding, and labor saving with a network with mold design that emphasizes production efficiency, and a production system that introduces ultra-super machines and electric molding machines,. We have built a detailed production control system that provides optimum conditions such as the latest computer-controlled machines and shortening of setup time with magnet clamps . As a result, we have created a system that realizes high-efficiency setup and high-cycle, and can quickly supply the products that customers need.

We have achieved quick delivery and high accuracy in mold manufacturing for plastic products using advanced engineering and the introduction of state-of-the-art machines,. In addition, the excellent molding quality created by our unique ultra-thin wall molding technology has been very well received by our customers.

MISSION:

1. Investigate manufacturers in the Philippines based on drawings of necessary parts, and provide optimal contractors including cost, quality, and manufacturing capacity.

2. Obtain a quote from a consignee candidate and negotiate prices on your behalf (if necessary).

3. When the order is decided, direct transaction with the contractor or TOHO PH will act for inventory and delivery.

PAINTING & PRINTING

We will enable highly difficult painting such as high brightness and super gloss by controlling the film thickness in 1 micron units.

We will provide the highest quality products by controlling the film thickness in 1 micron units by introducing our original spindle type automatic UV coating machine that will enable highly difficult painting such as high brightness and super gloss. Furthermore, metal painting other than plastic will also be possible. We will promote high quality, low cost and high speed of all plastic paintings in the industry's painting line.

For printing difficult products such as computers and mobile products, we will increase customer satisfaction with advanced printing technology and flexible support according to the material, shape, and characteristics.

We will perform silk printing and digital printing in a clean room. With printing technology and lines that can handle the shapes and characteristics of various materials, we will establish a printing system that can meet the needs of our customers by adding high quality and high precision reliability to improving production efficiency.

ASSEMBLY & INSPECTION

We will provide a complete assembly department that flexibly responds to the needs of a wide variety of small quantities. Improving production efficiency in the final process enables just-in-time delivery as well as inventory reduction.

All TOHO products will be manufactured on an efficient line based on advanced technology that will be fully guaranteed by the quality assurance staff certified by each manufacturer based on ISO9001.
